Why are our blankets different?

From the outset, coodgycoodgycoo decided to stay away from computer generated designs and machine embroidered names, favouring instead a much more personal approach. Each letter, number and motif is hand drawn, hand cut and beautifully appliquéd onto a blanket of your choice, and this is further enhanced by the gorgeous layered edge finish and woven coodgycoodgycoo label.

Each blanket will arrive to you beautifully folded and tied with satin ribbon, with one of our coodgycoodgycoo tags tied to it to let you know how best to care for your blanket. In addition, each blanket is placed in a chic calico drawstring bag that we know you will find many uses for.

By following coodgycoodgycoo's ordering approach, 6 Simple Steps to Designing Your Own Blanket, you can choose the size of the blanket, the colours for the blanket and the lettering and motifs that you would like to appear on the blanket, all from easy to choose lists. The result is a truly unique blanket; one that no other baby or child will have.

We use only the highest quality, extremely soft, 100% polyester anti-pil fleece fabric that is so super snuggly you might just want to keep the blanket for yourself! The fleece fabric is also very practical because it is hardwearing, breathable, machine washable and quick drying; a must for busy mums and dads.

On average, your blanket will be made and delivered to you within 2-3 weeks. There is no mass production and each blanket is lovingly made from scratch for each order.
